Shades of Humanity will develop a radio/TV/Print Journalism presence in the South East, Northwest, and DC regions to publicise and generate feedback from the greater community

Trinity of Equality bringing , Equal Economic Opportunity, Equal Justice, and Equal Education as a vehicle to build that army dedicated to solving the problems that are the root of all this hatred and evil inclinations.. Your team must be as equal in gender, race, faith, tribes, and ethnicity as it can be.. We have a very loose framework developed.  The final product will reflect local wants and needs.

Step One- Bring your city into the dialogue, Develop a local Community Action Team of one each of the following community leaders,.:

1. Public/Private School

2. Hospital

3. University

4. Chamber of Commerce

5. Government

6. Clergy

7. Law Enforcement

Step 2 Shades of Humanities local shows will be either time purchased and advertisers requested or become part of local broadcasting either regular channel or cable access. Efforts will be made to secure radio and print media to publicise efforts and begin a wider dialogue.

Step 3  Community Action Teams, dialogue on defining the community problems. Local Shades of Humanity programs will reflect these ideas and hopefully bring community wide responses.

Step 4, Once defined each representative  brings the dialogue to those in his or her community.

Equal Economic Opportunity-  The University and Chamber of Commerce Representatives will reach out to University Economics and Business schools.

Equal Justice - Law Enforcement and University Criminal Justice and Law Schools will be asked to weigh in throughout the city.

Equal Education - the Hospital, University, and public school representatives will reach out for feedback from their communities.

Feedback will be reported on local Shades of Humanity Shows.

Step 5.

The community dialogues are then brought to the Community Action Team to decide what solutions to put into play,

Step 6.

Funds are raised by the International team of McClenton and Comen and local Shades of Humanity teams raise the funds and put these solutions into play

=============================================Step 7. Community Action Teams develop relationships in Kenya where we have the Bulinda team on the ground. Then it will be spread through Professor and Lawyer Bob Mushi Bonane in the Congo, General Joshua Dogonyaro in Nigeria, and Amos Sawyer in Liberia if interest is there.

Kenya
1. Gather leadership of all 42 tribes and the government of Kenya

2. Have the political and tribal leadership define a number of problems they would like to work on solving. Develop economic ideas with Kenyan Geo Political entities ( Mayors, Governors) University business and economics departments, the Chambers of Commerce, and each participating  Mayors offices  coordinated by the Mayors and Dr Gorga in Massachusetts.

3.Develop educational ideas with Kenyan Geo-Political entities and University Education Departments and local school systems coordinated by the Mayors offices.

4.Develop Equal Justice initiatives with University criminal justice and law schools to identify problems. Ilan Hendelman will develop an anti terrorism/civil defense initiative in  each participating city interested in coordination with a university both in and Kenya

This is a work in progress. Nothing is set in stone, yet.
